COSTARS is a cooperative purchasing program administered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that allows eligible state and local government entities to procure products and services through approved purchasing channels. Participation in COSTARS enables streamlined sourcing, standardized procurement processes, and compliance with applicable purchasing requirements.
Thorsen Logistics Group works with established manufacturer and distributor relationships to support sourcing, documentation coordination, and order fulfillment in accordance with COSTARS program guidelines.
