Thorsen Logistics Group and Thorsen Systems Group Secure Federal IP Protections
Thorsen Logistics Group and Thorsen Systems Group have each achieved major milestones in securing federal intellectual property protections.
Thorsen Logistics Group has officially registered its trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, establishing exclusive rights to the company’s name and emblem within the transportation and logistics sector. This registration reinforces the strength of the Thorsen brand as it expands its national footprint in both commercial and federal markets.
Thorsen Systems Group, the technology and systems-design division of Thorsen Enterprises, has filed and received copyright protection for its proprietary operational software, documentation framework, and OS25 platform architecture. These filings safeguard the original work that powers the Thorsen network’s compliance and performance systems.
Tanner D. Thorsen, President of Thorsen Logistics Group, stated that these filings reflect a commitment to innovation, structure, and lasting value. “Both the trademark and the copyright filings secure what we have built from the ground up and ensure that our systems, brand, and operational standards remain uniquely ours.”
Thorsen Logistics Group continues to advance its position as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned brokerage built on transparency, compliance, and carrier-focused excellence. Thorsen Systems Group remains dedicated to developing and protecting the technology that supports that mission.
